Terms of service

By purchasing art from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following conditions.I will work according to these guidelines.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.I reserve the right to refuse a commission.My artwork and commissions may NOT be used commercially or as NFTs.

Payment

  • Full payment is required upfront

  • Payment through PayPal ONLY

  • Payment should be in USD

Refunds may be given if:

  • I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason

  • I have not begun your commission and one month or more have passed since you fully paid for your commission, unless we have discussed prior to payment there will be a wait

References and information

I require a reference photo to work off of. If I do not receive a digital, full body, unshaded reference piece, I am not responsible for any mistakes made. I will try my best to draw the character faithfully. Excess edits to match beyond what is presented to me at the time of commission may track on pricing, and I will make this clear beforehand.Please provide all necessary reference materials for your piece. (Ex. Picture of a specific outfit, pose, color scheme, etc.)Please be as specific as possible when ordering. I am willing to work off artistic freedom, but if you want something exact, I will need exact information.Note that these artworks are NOT a physical product. All works are drawn digitally and sent through email.

Revisions and edits

You will be sent a sketch through email, in which you will then tell me what you want to be fixed/changed.I will then send one more WIP picture, or as many as requested in the time frame of creation.Any edits past 2 fixes during the sketch will cost a fee. Fee depends on complexity/number of extra changes.Any major edits made late in the creation process will not be permitted.

time frame

  • I try to get commissions done from 2 weeks to a month. This is subject to change based on life and complexity of commission.

  • Deadlines are acceptable as long as I’m notified beforehand. A minimum of 7 days from the time of ordering is required.

  • Reminders, questions, and WIP requests are acceptable.

  • Please note that it takes me a bit longer than average to do my work. I like to take my time to make sure my art is quality. If you do not have a problem with that, I will be happy to work with you.

Usage policy

  • You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, but cannot claim that you are the one that made it.

  • You may repost the product onto your social media, but you must credit me.

  • My art absolutely CANNOT be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platforms.

Absolutely prohibited:

  • Using my art commercially

  • Taking credit for my artwork / claiming it as your own

  • Removing or purposely cropping out my watermarks/signature

  • Editing/altering the image itself (without my permission first)
